Calculate the arbitration costs
The arbitration costs include the fees and expenses of the arbitrators as well as the administrative expenses of the Secretariat.
The fees and costs of the arbitrators are determined by the Secretariat depending on the amount in dispute and within the limits mentioned hereinafter.
This scale ( Schedule 1 of the Rules) applies to all proceedings introduced as from 1 July 2025 whichever version of the Rules is applicable to the proceedings.
Please note that, following Article 37.3 of the CEPANI Arbitration Rules, the Secretariat may set the arbitration costs at a higher or lower amount than that which would result from the application of the scale of costs for arbitration provided for in Schedule I, should this be deemed necessary due to the circumstances of the case.
