I joined Allen & Overy (now: A&O Shearman) in 2011 as a litigator and advise clients on local and multi-jurisdictional disputes before Belgian state courts and arbitration tribunals. I have broad experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and specialise in antitrust, complex commercial and post-M&A litigation and (domestic and international) arbitration.
I often act as counsel and have experience as arbitrator in ad hoc and institutional arbitration. My practice focusses on complex domestic and international arbitration cases across various sectors, including M&A, infrastructure, transport, energy, construction and life science. I am the current Co-Chair of CEPANI40, author of various publications in the field of arbitration, class actions and antitrust litigation and a member of the Greener Arbitration working group within CEPANI.
