I joined Allen & Overy (now: A&O Shearman) in 2011 as a litigator and advise clients on local and multi-jurisdictional disputes before Belgian state courts and arbitration tribunals. I have broad experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and specialise in antitrust, complex commercial and post-M&A litigation and (domestic and international) arbitration.I often act as counsel and have experience as arbitrator in ad hoc and institutional arbitration. My practice focusses on complex domestic and international arbitration cases across various sectors, including M&A, infrastructure, transport, energy, construction and life science. I am the current Co-Chair of CEPANI40, author of various publications in the field of arbitration, class actions and antitrust litigation and a member of the Greener Arbitration working group within CEPANI.
