CEPANI is pleased to publish its 2025 Activity Report
The report highlights yet another dynamic year marked by a growing number of complex and international arbitration cases, confirming the continued trust placed in CEPANI as a leading ADR institution. It also reflects a rich programme of conferences, academic initiatives and institutional events promoting alternative dispute resolution in Belgium and internationally. The year was further marked by progress in the revision of CEPANI’s Arbitration and ADR Rules, which will enter into force on 1 June 2026.
