Armel Waisse, a partner at MOLITOR Avocats à la Cour, is admitted to both the Luxembourg and Strasbourg Bar. Armel has a wide litigation practice and advises on disputes relating to contract and corporate law, banking and finance, and insolvency. She is also an associate lecturer at the University of Luxembourg on contract law and lectures on security interests and personal guarantees at the Luxembourg Bar School. Armel provides expert legal opinions for international commercial disputes and is often appointed as an expert to deliver opinions in international arbitration proceedings. She is also the chairman of the commission created by the Luxembourg Bar Association in charge of civil matters. She is member of editorial committees of reputable legal journals (such as Journal des Tribunaux Luxembourg) and published regularly some analysis of the Luxembourg law or case law. She is a member of the board of directors and the treasurer of the Luxembourg Arbitration Association and took part in the Think Tank on Arbitration.
