Emily Hay is Counsel at Hanotiau & van den Berg in Brussels, Belgium. She acts as arbitrator and counsel in international arbitration proceedings, as well as tribunal secretary and assistant to the tribunal in complex commercial and investment arbitrations. Emily has expertise in new technology, artificial intelligence, data protection, ESG and renewable energy, and advises on emerging areas of disputes. Emily is qualified in New South Wales, Australia, and serves on a number of professional bodies, including the ICC Australia Arbitration Steering Committee, the ICC Commission, and the ACICA Rules Committee.
