Dodo Chochitaichvili is a qualified lawyer at the French-speaking section of the Brussels Bar, specialising in dispute resolution since 2011. Prior to founding Ariga, she developed her own practice for several years and worked for an international global law firm in the Litigation & Regulatory department.Dodo assists clients in a wide variety of matters for businesses (including start-ups & SME) and consumers, in both advisory and litigation aspects. Her practice also focuses on national and international arbitrations, and arbitration-related court proceedings (recognition, enforcement, annulment of arbitral awards, interim measures, etc.). Her experience includes acting as arbitrator.
Dodo has experience across a broad spectrum of sectors, such as event, food, transport, construction, retail, and technology and R&D.
She regularly gives legal trainings to project owners and intervenes as speaker on various topics of law. She teaches contract law and is also a teaching-assistant in economic and EU law as well as in comparative law.
Dodo has successfully completed the four-year professional training for lawyers at the Belgian Supreme Court (2015-2019).
