On 27 August 2025, CEPANI40 held the 5th edition of its traditional summer drinks. Around 100 current and past CEPANI40 members gathered at Loyens & Loeff Brussels to celebrate summer, catch up with colleagues, make new acquaintances, and raise a glass to another exciting year of events ahead. This year’s edition was generously hosted by Loyens & Loeff Brussels, and offered the arbitration community the opportunity to discover another of Brussels' great rooftop terraces!

CEPANI40 has already exciting events in the pipeline for the next (academic) year, including seminars on the White & Case-Queen Mary University of London latest survey (to be held on 9 October 2025, registration and more information here), the in-house counsel's perspective, and space law dispute resolution. As in previous years, CEPANI40 will also co-host an event at the Paris Arbitration Week with other below-40 associations, and we will host the Brussels Pre-Moot to the Vis Moot (celebrating its 10th anniversary this year!).
