Brussels Dispute Boards Day "Enforcing the Best for Project Attitude"

The potential benefits of introducing Dispute Boards in Belgium, both for businesses and taxpayers, are undeniable. However, the Dispute Board is relatively unknown in Belgium and is not very often used, except for certain very large infrastructure contracts.

The potential benefits of introducing Dispute Boards in Belgium, both for businesses and taxpayers, are undeniable. However, the Dispute Board is relatively unknown in Belgium and is not very often used, except for certain very large infrastructure contracts.
