Each month, we highlight an Institute member and have had the honour of interviewing Emma Van Campenhoudt as our featured company lawyer in the spotlight. Emma has shared insights from her 20-year career at CEPANI and reflected on its 55-year celebration. There is a strong bond between the Institute and CEPANI as company lawyers play a crucial role in preventing judicial and administrative proceedings and in promoting the application of alternative methods of dispute resolution, which is at the heart of CEPANI’s activity.
