CEPANI's Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Steering Committee has been working to advance D&I within CEPANI and the Belgian ADR community. The committee has contributed to raising awareness of D&I considerations in arbitrator appointments, has organized dedicated events and training sessions, and has helped shape CEPANI’s commitments in this area. We are proud of the progress made so far, and we are determined to continue and build on this momentum.
To that end, CEPANI is seeking motivated ADR practitioners to join its D&I Steering Committee. The committee’s mission is to promote greater D&I within CEPANI and the Belgian ADR community, and to help identify and implement concrete initiatives in this field. We would be delighted to welcome new members who bring fresh perspectives, energy, and ideas to this important work.
If you are interested in joining the committee, please send an email to info@cepani.be by 1 July 2026 with a short explanation of why you would like to become a member and how you believe you can contribute. Applicants will receive additional information on the functioning of the committee and the associated workload.
Beyond applications to join the committee, we are equally keen to hear from the broader ADR community. Whether you have suggestions for future D&I initiatives, feedback on what could be improved, or ideas on how to achieve meaningful change, we very much welcome your input.
