Professional experience

Constance Castres Saint-Martin has around ten years’ experience in dispute resolution management. She trained in both France and Singapore in negotiation mastery and alternative dispute resolution methods, including project mediation. Doctor of Law, member of the Paris Bar and deputy counsel at the International Chamber of Commerce, she now works as a consultant and arbitrator. Between 2019 and 2021, she taught dispute resolution techniques on the Master’s programme in Economic Law at the Sciences Po Law School. Since 2021, Constance Castres Saint-Martin has been teaching international arbitration to the Master’s programme in Contract Law at Paris-Saclay University.
