Professional experience

Following a career in several ministerial offices as a Legal Advisor and Political Negotiator, Charlotte Richard founded RC-Consulting, a consultancy firm operating in both and between Belgium and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

Charlotte provides legal advisory services under Belgian law, with particular expertise in civil law, commercial law, administrative law and public law. She also possesses specialized expertise in OHADA law.

As a Mediator and Arbitrator, Charlotte handles civil and commercial disputes under both Belgian law and OHADA law, offering effective and pragmatic dispute resolution services.

In addition, Charlotte provides institutional advisory and negotiation support in the context of business relations between Belgium and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, assisting public and private stakeholders in the development and management of cross-border partnerships and investments.
