Eline Ulrix is an experienced Brussels-based business lawyer, focussing on corporate and commercial litigation. Her practice encompasses a wide range of disputes, including high-stakes post-M&A claims, shareholder and boardroom conflicts, directors' liability, as well as any type of contractual dispute arising from commercial contracts, in particular distribution and agency agreements and lease agreements. She also regularly advises clients on commercial contract matters at the negotiation and pre-dispute stages. In addition to representing clients before the Belgian courts, she has acted as counsel, arbitrator, and tribunal secretary in arbitration proceedings conducted under CEPANI, ICC, and ad hoc rules.Eline Ulrix is also a regular author of legal publications in the areas of private international law and distribution law. She is therefore well placed to advise on questions of jurisdiction, applicable law, and the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments in Belgium.
