Philippe Sylvestre is an Attorney at Law and is registered with the Luxembourg Bar (Avocat à la Cour).Philippe practices in the field of financial law, commercial law, corporate law with particular focus on fraud and asset tracing, commercial litigation, shareholders litigation, liquidation and insolvency proceedings, as well as white-collar crime.
Philippe holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn, United States of America), as well as a master degree in comparative law from the Université Paris 1 Sorbonne (Paris 1, France).
Philippe is a native Luxembourgish and French speaker and is fluent in English and German.
