I am Co-Head of White & Case’s Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and lead the Firm’s transactional practices in Belgium and Luxembourg. With over 30 years of experience, I advise private equity and venture capital firms, family offices, and international investors on complex cross-border M&A transactions. My expertise covers public and private acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, going private transactions, tender offers, preferred equity investments, and joint ventures.I am recognized by Chambers and Legal 500 as a leading individual in Private Equity, M&A, and Insolvency & Restructuring, and have been named among the most influential lawyers in Europe by Private Equity News and Financial News. I also have significant experience in insolvency matters, having helped draft Belgian insolvency law and advised the government during the COVID-19 crisis.
