Professional experience

I focus on domestic and international dispute resolution (including arbitration and proceedings before the Belgian Supreme Court) in corporate, finance, commercial, and civil law. I also specialize in the enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards, as well as asset recovery.

I combine my legal practice with an academic career. Since 2017, I have served as an invited lecturer in civil procedure (notarial law), attachment, and enforcement at UCLouvain, where I was also a research and teaching assistant between 2006 and 2019. In this capacity, I publish regularly and am frequently invited to speak at conferences on my areas of expertise.

I successfully completed the four-year professional training program organized by the Bar of the Belgian Supreme Court (Cour de cassation) and regularly collaborate with lawyers practicing before the Supreme Court.

I am a member of the Study and Legislation Committee of the Royal Federation of Belgian Notaries (Fednot).

I am recognized by the French Order of the Brussels Bar as a specialist in judicial law, attachment, and enforcement procedures.
