Tom Hens (Law degree, KU Leuven 1990 - member of the Antwerp Bar Association) is particularly adept in the areas of liability and insurance law and its application to specific sectors. He acts in building disputes and has a thorough knowledge of construction law and technical insurances; he represents the interests of the liberal professions (and their insurers) in disputes concerning their professional liability. He also assists enterprises in business law, primarily in the drafting of contracts. His involvement in various social and economic associations provides him with a broad range of general knowledge and a vision that goes beyond the strictly legal sphere. Tom has followed (may 2025) the C-Build by CEPANI arbitration trading. Tom regularly gives lectures on construction insurance.
