Professional experience

Alexandre is an experienced lawyer who, after completing his studies in Belgium (ULB) and the United States (NYU), spent the majority of his career at White & Case within the International Business Litigation department. He is currently in charge of this department for Belgium and Luxembourg. Alexandre also served as a teaching assistant in private international law at ULB from 2018 to 2022. He is licensed to practice law in Belgium, Luxembourg (List IV), and New York. He has extensive experience representing Belgian and foreign clients in business litigation, national and international arbitrations, white-collar crime investigations, and complex commercial disputes.

Arbitration Experience: Alexandre frequently acts as counsel in arbitrations or related judicial proceedings. He has been appointed as a sole arbitrator by CEPANI (Belgian Centre for Arbitration and Mediation) and has served as secretary to CEPANI arbitral tribunals.
