Attorney-at-law with over 25 years of experience, specializing in intellectual property, market practices, media and entertainment law, and privacy (including personal data processing). My practice is strongly focused on all aspects of dispute resolution. I have advised, represented, and assisted numerous clients before national and international courts, including the General Court of the European Union, as well as arbitration panels. I am a frequent speaker at national and international seminars and conferences, an active member of several leading international IP organizations (including BMM and ECTA) and a registered UPC Representative.
