Professional experience
Lily focuses her practice on civil and commercial litigation, including arbitration, as counsel and as an arbitrator. She has also served as tribunal secretary for several arbitral tribunals (mainly CEPANI and ICC arbitration proceedings). She is a member of the CEPANI40 Steering Committee.Lily's areas of expertise include distribution law, a field in which she has published and spoken at conferences, as well as commercial law in general (execution, termination and breach of contracts, construction works, liability claims, trade practices, etc.).
Lily has been an assistant lecturer in Economic and European law at the ULB as well as at the University of Mons, for several years.
She is also certified in data protection law, holding the CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe) diploma from the IAPP (2018).
