I have been a member of the Brussels Bar since 1983.From the beginning, I practised commercial law in general and company law in particular.
I then specialised more particularly in commercial distribution law in all its forms (sales concessions, agencies, franchises). I have published numerous articles and several books on this subject.
I have been a mediator in civil and commercial matters for over 20 years. I have acted as sole arbitrator or as chairman or member of a panel of arbitrators for Cepani, Caren and in ad hoc arbitration.
