Professional experience

Joanna Kolber is partner in Dispute Resolution practice at Strelia.

Representing Belgian and international clients, Joanna’s practice covers arbitration and litigation in various industries including i.a. construction, energy, insurance and reinsurance and M&A. Joanna acts as arbitrator and counsel in commercial ad hoc or institutional arbitration (CEPANI, NAI, ICC) as well as in post-arbitration proceedings, and she has previous experience as secretary to arbitral tribunals.

Before joining Strelia in September 2013, Joanna gained experience at international law firms, NGO’s and in academia.

Joanna obtained her law degree from Jagiellonian University of Krakow, Poland (2006), and holds joint diplomas from the universities of Heidelberg, Mainz, Columbus School of Law (CUA), and from the Academy on International Arbitration, Central-Dis in Cologne
