Charlotte De Muynck has been a lawyer since 2007 and specialises in civil and commercial litigation. Charlotte is active both as a lawyer in court proceedings and in mediation and arbitration. She focuses on national and international commercial disputes, contract law, liability disputes (if necessary with court expertise), product liability, construction disputes as well as attachment and enforcement law.In 2006, Charlotte graduated from the University of Ghent. She spent her final year studying at the Université de Fribourg in Switzerland. In 2007, she obtained a Post-Masters degree in General Management at the Vlerick Management School in Leuven.
After her Post-Masters, Charlotte started as a lawyer at the Brussels Bar with the international law firm NautaDutilh in Brussels in 2007. In 2020, she joined Monard Law in Ghent and joined the Ghent Bar.
Charlotte has been recognised as a mediator by the Federal Mediation Commission since 2012. In 2013, Charlotte additionally attended the Mediation & Negotiations course at Harvard Law School in Boston. In 2014, Charlotte became an arbitrator at Cepani. Since 2015, Charlotte has been a lecturer in courses in mediation and negotiations at the Justice Palace in Ghent and Hasselt
