Professional experience

Emilio regularly assists international clients in contract negotiation and litigation (both arbitration and court litigation) in the sectors of oil & gas constrution projects, infrastructures, M&A, cross border distruibution, and EU competition law. Emilio has also a broad experience in the area of data protection and software licensing. Emilio is contract professor of international commercial law and dispute resolution at the Brussels Management School. Listed as Future Leaders in Arbitration in 2020, 2021 and 2022 by Who’s Who Legal. President of the Belgian section of the Club Español del Arbitraje, and member of the ICC-Italia Antitrust commission.
