Pierre specializes in cross-border and domestic dispute resolution.
He has extensive experience in complex litigation, with special focus on commercial distribution (franchise, distributorship, agency) and related fields including antitrust issues, trade practices, data protection, IP and commercial lease contracts.
Pierre is regularly involved in arbitration cases, both as counsel and as arbitrator.
He assists clients drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, and regularly provides legal opinions on commercial law.
Pierre was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2000 and joined Hanotiau & van den Berg in 2005.
