I have more than 10 years of relevant experience in helping clients with their (often complex and international) commercial and corporate law disputes. Besides litigating before court and arbitration panels, I am often involved in insolvency and restructuring matters as well as in shareholder and post M&A disputes. I am mentioned in the 2022 Legal 500 edition as “Rising Star” in restructuring and insolvency.In addition, I have broad experience in negotiating and drafting a wide variety of contracts in the construction sector, and I frequently act in insurance related matters.
