I have practised complex banking and financial law for more than 15 years. I mainly advice banks and financial institutions, next to companies dealing with credit issues, insolvency, bank guarantees, payment services, investment and insurance services, AML, regulatory and compliance.Next to this, I am an arbitrator for sport litigation, included football and intermediaries. I have been appointed several times by professional clubs or national/regional sports associations. I used to be president of an olympic sport's federation for many years.
