Programme
The program includes insights from Belgian, French, German, Dutch, Swiss, and Common Law perspectives, presented by leading arbitration practitioners. Additionally, the event will highlight the IBA’s work in this area and conclude with an engaging panel discussion and Q&A session. Participants will gain a comparative understanding of res judicata’s impact on arbitration. The day will be enriched with networking opportunities over coffee and lunch.

CEPANI is located within walking distance of the Brussels Central station, which offers train, subway and bus services.

In the station, take the exit ‘Galerie Ravenstein’. Walk through the Galerie Ravenstein towards Rue Ravenstein, and turn right on this street. Walk 50 meters to find CEPANI in the building of the VBO/FEB on your right hand.
