We are delighted to announce the continued and expanded collaboration between CEPANI and Wolters Kluwer International.
As part of this partnership, since 1st January 2026, all CEPANI members have full online access to b‑Arbitra—including both current and archival issues through their personal login on the CEPANI website. This online access is included in the membership fee.
CEPANI members now benefit from:
🔎 Comprehensive online access
⚡ Enhanced search functionality
📚 Seamless browsing of all past and current editions
🎓 An invaluable archive for research, analysis, and practical reference
This enhancement also reflects CEPANI and KLI’s shared commitment to sustainability and responsible publishing. By reducing the number of printed copies, we aim to support ESG principles while simultaneously increasing the value offered to the arbitration and mediation community.
Members who, in addition, wish to receive a hard copy are entitled to order b-Arbitra 2026/1 and 2026/2 at the special membership rate of EUR 75 (VAT excl.) until 1 April 2026. To order, please fill out the form which you will find under the b-Arbitra tab via your online membership profile. Please note that the CEPANI Secretariat will not be able to accommodate requests for hard copies of b-Arbitra 2026 after that date.
We hope that this online access will prove useful and wish you happy reading!
