I am a Partner at Bournonville Grigorieff and attorney at the Brussels bar with over 30 years of expertise, including in litigation, arbitration and mediation matters. I am a member of CEPANI, the Belgian Centre for Arbitration and Mediation. I specialize in in Aviation, Transportation, Logistics, Corporate and Commercial legal matters. I am an (Brussels bar) accredited Specialist in Transport law. I am also an accredited Mediator ("médiateur agréé"). I am listed in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame for Aviation in Belgium in 2025, 2024 and 2023, and as a Leading individual in the aviation and transport sectors (2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017 and 2016 editions of the Legal500 EMEA). I am the former Director Legal & Insurance affairs at TNT Express Group Head Office from 2005 to 2011. I was a Lecturer at Brussels University from 1997 to 2003 in commercial and corporate law.
