I am a Partner at Kennedys LLP, Brussels office and attorney at the Brussels bar with close to 30 years of expertise. I am a member of CEPANI, the Belgian Centre for Arbitration and Mediation. I specialize in in Aviation, Transportation, Logistics, Corporate and Commercial legal matters. I am listed in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame for Aviation in Belgium in 2023 and 2024 and as a Leading individual in the aviation and transport sectors (2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017 and 2016 editions of the Legal500 EMEA). I am the former Director Legal & Insurance affairs at TNT Express Group Head Office from 2005 to 2011. I was a Lecturer at Brussels University from 1997 to 2003 in commercial and corporate law. I studied at at King's College London (LL.M., 1994-95) and Free University of Brussels (Licence en droit, 1989-94), where I graduated with magna cum laude.
