Charles Marquand was called to the English bar in 1987. He is also member of the French bar (Paris). He is a specialist in financial services (securities, investments etc) law and company law. He is on the Panel of Recognised International Market Experts in Finance (PRIME). He has been sitting as an arbitrator in international commercial disputes since 1999, often involving commodities (metals). He is on the panels and databases of many arbitral organisations.
