I have been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2007.After practicing commercial law for several years, I specialized in intellectual rights, which I practice in a wide variety of sectors: music, audiovisual, literature, cultural sector, advertising, fashion, web, industry, etc.
In 2017, I was authorized by the Brussels Bar Association to hold the title of specialist in intellectual rights, media law and information and communication technology (ICT) law.
I also handle cases relating to copyright taxation and privacy (including personal data protection).
Since 2013, I have been a third-party decision-maker with CEPANI for disputes relating to ".be" domain names.
In September 2023, I began teaching the copyright law course at the ENSAV – La Cambre art school.
I am also an accredited mediator in civil and commercial matters.
