Nathalie is the Managing Partner of the Brussels office of Freshfields and heads the Brussels Dispute Resolution team. She has extensive experience in international dispute resolution and complex commercial disputes. She advises Belgian and international corporate and private equity clients as well as financial institutions on cross-border and domestic disputes, white collar crime and regulatory investigations.
Her practice encompasses both judicial proceedings before courts, including before the Constitutional Court, the Council of State and the Supreme Court, national and international arbitration proceedings. She has worked for more than 15 years with attorneys at the Supreme Court on Supreme Court matters and also holds the specific license to become an attorney at the Supreme Court.
Nathalie studied law at the University of Louvain (UCL) and holds a Special Master in European Law from the University of Brussels (ULB).
She speaks French, English and Dutch.
